Hydroxicut or Xenadrine

Reviewers, which one really worked for you that gave you amazing results and of course while dieting and exercising.

I'm planning to start taking them in Addition to my workout

I want to cut down in fat while Build Muscle and of course see real results not false claims stuff, i took them both but i wasn't dieting but i was working out and i can't remember which one really worked more on me

so guys which one would you strongly recommend on somoeone who's trying to lower there bf % and Build muscle

Xenandrine worked much better for me but it has to be with ephedra or it's a huge waist of money!

Hydroxycut gave me some BAD heart palpatations for a little while so I went off it. If your just starting to cut down on fat I would simply use diet and cardio for a while until you reach a sticking point then use a supplement

^yo i've done cardios and dieting all my dam lyfe man i think i'ts time for adding up some dam supplements!

There is nothing wrong with taking supplements to help raise the metabolism, i think he was just making sure your diet is in check and that you ARE doing cardio.

Right on DaLinkWent! Xenadrine worked better for me, plus it didn't clean out my wallet, but fat-burners without ephedrine are like cars without wheels IMO
