Hydroxycut

How long should you take hydroxycut before taking a break? I'm trying to really "lean" down and I just want that extra kick; however, I've heard that your body gets used to it and you need to take a break. I started taking it almost a week ago and I've lost a few pounds already (probably water weight). I only need to drop maybe 8-10 pounds. Also when you stop taking it, do you gain weight? I'm very careful about my diet, but usually have a cheat day on the weekends. I also heard there is "new and improved" hydroxycut. What is the difference? Thanks.

I haven't used Hydroxycuts, but have made good progress on Stacker 2. Two months on and one month off usually helps keep the body from assimiliting to the product.

Hi 9inarow.

Thanks for your quick reply. I've not taken this kind of supplement before but I'm 48 and keeping my weight in check is harder and harder the older I get. I lift three days a week and swim three days a week and maybe walk or do the elyptical the off day.

Is this something that I will possibly have to continue to keep my weight stable?

I just can't add more exercise because my body is so "worn" out from years and years of the pounding exercises I've done.

Thanks again - I appreciate the response.

Cycle it, for every 6 weeks use take 2 weeks off, just to stop your body from adapting to it.
