HYDROXYCUT and other weight loss supplements! Comments needed please! HELP!


Hi there. I need your opinion. I have tried Hydroxycut in the past and it worked. Do you know of anything that works better? Do you think that Hydroxycut works the best? What can you suggest for results that can be seen faster? I know that
working out and eating right is the key, but I want to take a supplement that will help me see weight loss results quicker.

The quickest way I can see to lose body fat is to gradually reduce your complex carbs (while replacing them with more leafy greens-salads, broccoli, etc), keep your protein intake fairly high to prevent muscle loss, add in some cardio, use Hydroxycut OR Xenedrine as well as glutamine and keep weight training heavy and as intense as possible. That is probably one of the best recipes for advanced fat loss while keeping your lean muscle.

Make sure that you keep eating 5-7 smaller proportioned, yet nutriously clean meals per day - this in itself will keep your metabolism high, instead of trying to starve yourself.

I am a believer in ECA, in whatever form, but do be careful. I found myself anxious to the point of near-insanity (I went on meds to keep from losing it) and only later did I realize that it was the ECA.

However, it works, and now that I know what it was doing, I can handle it.

Hydroxycut is good but like all Muscle-Tech products it's too expensive.

Try Xenadrine, it's stronger and cheaper.

Be careful about the dosages, take 2-a-day for the first week to assess your tolerance, then move up to 4-a-day if you think you're ready.

Don't take any after 4pm or you'll have trouble sleeping.

I suggest Ephedrine HCL (20-25mg) and Caffeine(200mg) pills. Skip the aspirin, it won't do your stomach any favors.

Take half a dose every 2 hours for a total of 6 doses. It will take full advantage of Ephedra's half-life and allow you to only have half the jitters!

If you must buy something, make sure it comes in 2 pill doses and take it in the format I outlined. Makes a big difference.

I'm using Hydroxycut, I have had pretty good results so far. Although I can not take the recommend dose. I have to take two pills three times a day. I started out with one three times a day and them moved to two. I tried moving to three twice per day, but it is too much for me. Gives me heartburn and makes me feel a little sick to the stomach.
So far I have seen
Lots of energy
Body fat down
Loss of appetite

Hydroxycut comment


I hope everything keeps going well for you. I started a new gym today. I went and did warm up on cycle, did circut, then a cool down on tred-mill and later went back for a class. It is cool. I haven't started the hydroxycut yet though, but that will be soon. Have a good day!
