I'm 17 I've tried Hydroxycut... I haven't seen any major change from Hydroxycut. An I believe It's way over priced.

I tried that for like 3 days, made me feel like I was on speed. I could not sleep for 3 days, I returned it. I would not recommend it.

What did I do to get the ripped look? I stopped eating pizza, cake, cookies, sweets and soda. I've also cut down, but not eliminated, Breads and pasta, being Italian too this was the hardest part. Don't expect overnight results, its taken me 3 months to loose 3 inches of fat around the waist but it works.

If you really want to jack up your metabolism....try coffee. Seriously, a 12 oz cup of coffee 1 hour before a workout will give you a nice edge. When doing your cardio, your heart rate will shoot up a bit more - just make sure you drink lots of water!
