If your diet is perfect and your training is perfect, then supplements can give you just the slightest edge. So called "fat burners" can give one a little metabolic boost helping one burn fat if all else is dialed in like it should be. Are they worth the money? That's for you to try and decide for yourself. Personally, the only supplements I've found to be truly worthwhile when considering cost vs benefit is creatine, dextrose, and protein.

I used Hydroxycut max once. Totally scarey experience. You see, I would get massive headaches and stuff. So if you are thinking about using it, research first.
You see, I didn't know it was a dieretic. Massive head spins as well.
Anyway, if you are going to use a fat burner, make sure you do your homework. Otherwise, you could be like me and wake up at like 3am feeling like your brains oozing out of your head!
I used hydroxycut and xenadrine years ago and actually done really well cutting. There are potential sides but make sure you keep your nutrients up, drink plenty and as already stated, make sure you have a good exercise/diet in place - if not, you will achieve little or nothing!!

Greetings, I am fairly new to the site but I have tried hydroxycut and I was able to get some results but it made me somewhat gittery at work and that does not always work well but everyone's body will respond differently.
