Hydroxycut Hardcore Or Animal Cuts

Hey guys, i wanna really drop my BF% and im not sure on wich supplement to use, or to use any of em at all.

Currently ive been looking at Hydroxycut Hardcore and Animal Cuts. Any Suggestions? im 20 years old, weighing 152 with 16,4BF. I want to see if it would be posible to have around 12% or 14% BF at the end of this month. Thanks.

PD: Would L-Carnitine Work? (Instead of buying those expensive ones from above)

The thing is that ive been working out for almost a year now, and i have droped from 23% BF and 84 KG, to 16,4%BF and 71 KG. The thing is that for the past month i havnt noticed no changes what so ever and i should be looking slim.. but im not. I guess i need to drop down more BF% and its taking me like mad.

My Eating Plans:
Morning = Cereal with milk.
Mid day Snack = Red Apple
Lunch = Normal tipical 1 serving of dinner (ej: Rice with chicken)
2 or 3 hours later = Another Apple
2 or 3 hours after = cereal with milk (Sometimes just milk)
Dinner = Normal dinner.. just with alot of salad.

I dont eat chocolates, nor anything that contains too much fat. i always follow my eating schedule. No Sodas, No Chocolates, No Crackers, etc.

Well, there we go, Any Suggestions? I go to the Gym almost everyday. 5 days average a week. 45 mins total of aerobics workout per day and then i do weight lifting.

Thanks in advanced.

What is a normal dinner? That not only varies by country but by family/individual.
I have made some suggestions above.

I beleive you are not eating enough! Yes, that can make it tough to lose more fat. Your food choices need more variety and more protein.

You use the word normal quite a bit. What's normal for you may not be normal for someone else. You really need to be quite specific in order for people to be able to help.

You should also post the times you work out so nutrition can be planned around that as well.

In my opinion, too much cereal, although you don't say what kind or how much. But even that can be acceptable within the framework of a proper diet.

The more detailed you are about diet and exercise, the more people will be able to help.

Thanks. Waht do you refer to by "Protein Source" Can you give examples? help me plan out the diet a bit?

By normal food i talk about.. Mashed potates with meat... Rice with meat balls... Chiken with rice..... in my family, we dont eat fried stuff:P., well, what i can do is make a diary of what i eat and when i workout so then i can post that and get some additional help.

Lady C, can you specify a bit more on your changes please? Thanks alot for all the help =)

Pick anything from this list for your protien and fiberous carbs (a.k.a. veggies).

You are eating way too many starches and not enough veggies or protein. Personally I feel, you will see great success if you drop all potatoes, rice, bread, pasta, etc and replace them with veggies instead. Something that simple WILL make a difference. Do this for 4-6 weeks then see if there is a change.

I agree cereal is usually a low quality food.

There is a way to make it count.

Iceburg lettuce has pretty much no nutritional value at all.

Make a salad this way:

Dark leafy greens
Tomotoes
Cucumbers
Brocolli
Cauliflower
Peppers
Carrots

I think you get the picture. Lady C is talking about vegetables that have some type of nutritional value as opposed to lettuce.

Are you sure you're eating enough? Keep track for a few days and see how much you're actually eating. You won't be able to loose weight if you're eating too far below your maintenance level.
