Yes, doing nothing but cardio will cause you to lose muscle mass as well as fat. That's why most bodybuilders focus more on lifting than cardio. Their
cardio workouts are usually 20 minutes max. Some don't even do cardio at all.

muscle burns more fat. Work on the muscle. But make sure you are eating clean, and eating enough to nourish it.
Also, I don't know if I understood you correctly... Do you do full-body workouts 5 days a week? If you want to gain muscle, you'll need to give your muscles some time to rest or they just won't grow. In this sport, more isn't necessarily better.
