shades 6234, sounds like your friend has an allergy to the product and has bowel obstruction and usually produces diaherra rather than formed stool. Tell your friend to get to the doctor now. Sounds also like he or she has an allergy to milk products. You can't build muscle and loose fat at the same time. Your body needs fat to begin with and sometimes produceses on it's own. It also very much depends on your age. Your body might still be growning so don't screw around with natural process. For the young viewer eat properly and at the same time of day, drink lots of plain water as I said before in a past article before, during and after your workout. The young man that put his diet on the board check it out and see what you think. What I did was drop all milk products and breads. You will shed lots of weight by just dropping milk product from your diet. It works give it a try. Hunger pains are part of the process. You will soon be able to handle it . Drink lots of water to get rid of that feeling. The very best of training to all. Thanks for listening.

The doctor told me not to drink milk when I was young because I had a mild alergy to it. Stomach aches basically and a stuffy nose.
It has since improved and I drink little milk but lots of whey. While on whey my bowel isn't always perfect. I don't think its a major problem though.. what do you think? I am getting plenty of water.

Alright tee, sounds like there is a major problem, I would drop the whey and see if things get back to normal, have you changed any of your eating habits and are you on any medication you weren't on previously as medication will give you the runs and several other problems. Do you urinate often (more than your normal). Also sounds like you might have an allery to whey stop it immediately. Do you know the side effects of whey? The other thing I might suggest is to wear loose fitting clothes as the waist band might be causing some discomfort. Try fitted underwear too. Do you sleep on your stomach as the mattress supports your body and there are no bone structures to protect it. Have you ever had surgery in the same area? Have you ever put anything in your rectum that shouldn't have been there? The reason that I ask that is that the tissue in the rectum if torn will cause all kinds of problems with your stomache or the feeling of. Even when you wipe yourself after a BM you have to be very careful that you don't tear anything. Straining while in the process of the bm will cause sever damage to the system. On the same issue. If on medication check to see that there aren't any roids in it as roids are in a lot of medication that people aren't ever aware of. Perfect example are nose sprays they often have them in the mix same applies to eye drops. Thanks for listening.

Start up the car that will give you a indication of what's in the air. Now with the unsafe water conditions and you may not even be aware of it. I purify my water I think it safe. If you have any medical conditions the sup will play havoc with you. Diabetics have to be extremely careful to begin with. You may have allegries and this again will play havoc with them. There is milk powder in the powder supps. Be cautions.

Last time I checked "Whey" as in "whey protein" was a natural by product if MILK!!!!!

Actually Hydroxycut is one of the safesty diet pills out there. How can you guy put down a pill that has alot of natural vitamins in it. In order for weight loss to occur you need to obviously buring off more calories then are being taken in. Your body moves in a scale of about 3 weeks. Obviously everbodies body is different of course, but in general to loose weight takes alot of hard work in the beginning. Your body has to get use to the decrease in energy because the decrease in food. And the simple fact that you cant eat the way you use to. the hardest thing for me was knowing that I could have certain things that I had always eating all the time became stressful. Heres the catch.... Diets arent good at all. You cant cut thinkgs out of you diet... you'll go crazy. Heres a little secret about dieting..... You cant go on a diet for the rest of your life. What you want to do it find commond ground. Eating right and exercising are the most important things. Once your start eating right... it becomes eazy. You want a piece of fruit rather then a bag of snickers. You want a turkey sandwhich on wheat bread rather then a Double Cheese burger. Not to say that every once in a while you can go down that road. But being healthy is eazy if you want to. Keep taking the hydroxycut pills.... dont over dose on them... but keep on them.. youll loose weight

Cutback: Whey- What is natural product? Give a lot of thought.

Musclejoe: KEYWORD: Eat well and drop the crap.

I think any fat burner thats ephedra free is like pissing your money away. Yes there are other vitamins/minerals/supplements that do have an effect on metabolism. But I'd say buy some chromium, its basically all thats left in hydroxycut once the ephedra is gone and its very cheap

About the dilated cardiomypathy, is that anything like hypertrophic cardiomiopathy? My little bro was diagnosed with that and its really given our family a scare. Let me know?

I have been taking Hyrdoxycut for a little while now. The only thing I have noticed is the reduction in fat. I lift extemely heavy and do cardio. I'm also being a real "nazi" about my diet. I have noticed the extra energy when I do workout. As far as appetite, that has NOT changed. I still eat like a horse... or a healthy horse anyways. I think its pretty safe, considering all the natural stuff in it. Oh and by the way I'm taking the Ephedra FREE hydroxy too. One thing you guys might consider is using it in "cycles". That is on for a month and off for a month. And only if you have a lot of body fat to get rid of. Otherwise eat healthy, take a multivitimin, and a protein supplement shake a couple times a day. Thats my 2 cents worth, thanks.
