Well, you will find you will have a raging appetite, as it has just come out of supression, I urge you to fight this or.....say goodbye to all that cardio because once you start to eat you wont stop .... you might not feel like this but most do for a couple days...also loss of energy.

I tried Hydroxcut a couple of times. Each time I made little change to my diet. They did work for me, but at the time I took them, I also was more committed to working out, cardio, etc. Hard to really tell what caused my weight loss. I do know now, once I focused on my diet (quit the hydroxcut), I had better weight loss results and overall felt better. Hydroxcut drained me of energy, it seemed. What also turned me off of hydroxcut is that when it had ephedra; the daily dose was 3 tabs 2x/day. Since they yanked the ephedra, the daily dose went up to 3 tabs 3x/day and all of sudden their 210 capsule bottle only lasted me 20 days vs. an entire month. To expensive for the overall results I got.

I would suggest that you eat your vegetables and fish and drink lots of water. You are spending your money on fad. Yes it will kill you or cause you financial disaster. Your lungs, liver, heart, memory etc are at real risk. Call the posion centre in your community and ask them for help if you have questions. The key is to eat well and get lots of rest drink lots of water before and during your training. Thanks.

Alright Eagan, your from the FDA aren't you?

Listen man, supplements are benificial IF NOT necessary for an athlete who trains vigorously. If you disagree, fine. Chances are your not going to get everyone to stop taking supplements because YOU said to.

Brewsky no I am not from the FDA but I can tell you that there are fillers in these products. I would also suggest that there are steriods, sugars, salts and all sorts of chemicals that you wouldn't want in your body. We have enough chemicals in our daily lives. Start up the car that will give you a indication of what's in the air. Now with the unsafe water conditions and you may not even be aware of it. I purify my water I think it safe. If you have any medical conditions the sup will play havoc with you. Diabetics have to be extremely careful to begin with. You may have allegries and this again will play havoc with them. There is milk powder in the powder supps. Be cautions.

one of the concerns I have is that if you go for a job interview and they want a blood test your screwed same thing applies for sports. you want to join a team and in some provinces and states require blood tests as part of your physical your screwed. thanks for listening.

A friend of mine took the hydroxy cut. He said that it suppresses your appetite and whatever he ate came out the other end very quickly. He lost fat rather fast on that one. (but I don't think he was that fat to begin with)
Just sharing what someone else has gone through. oh and that was ephedrine free hydroxy.
