Hydorxycut side effects?

Are there any known side effects associated with HydorxyCut?

What about any other known Ephedra free fat loss products?

I have heard hydroxycut causes acne on your neck and face.....that didn;t happen to me but it has to my friends. the onyl thing that did happen to me was I started getting hearing problems whcih I later found out to be from that. One of my close friends would get shooting pains in her ears.....I would also wake up in the middle of hte night with cramps in my calves??? -which I think is from the pills....

Cramps are a possiblity but more than likely was due to the fact you probably weren;t drinking nearly enough water. Cramps in your calves could be associated with ay number of things I would doubt it was the pills.

As far as acne goes . . . . . . . . I have never heard of hydroxycut or any ephedra based products causing acne. Most likely could be attributed to heavy sweating thus clogging pours and causing ance but not directly related to the pills.

Shooting pains in the ears sounds a little scarey but I doubt it's the pills. Epehedra has some real risks none of which I beelive were associated with ay of the problems you suggested.

The ephedra free stuff is a joke. Its full of herbal crap that makes you think that it is working. Try more cardio and less fatty foods. Patience is the key to weigh or fat loss. There are no miracle drugs that are legal.

What real risks are there from ephedra? Where is the scientific study that says in small doses with plenty of water and otherwise healthy body it eats holes into your organs??

For one thing stroke i know is a major risk. I don't know about any other things but just search for them. Whoever said to stay off fatty foods and do more cardio gave pretty bad advice. Fatty foods do not cause weight gain, as with all foods if you eat in proportion you will be fine.

Maybe it's just me but ephedra used in proper doasges can potentially cause a stroke?

Fatty food do not cause weight gain? I agree with the statement of everythig in moderation but if you looking to lose some fat I'd stay away from fatty foods even in moderation . . . . .

For info on ephedra a great site is www.ephedrafacts.com
I read through alot of the articles and I think the general conclusion is that a healthy person should be able to take it in the recomended doses with no side effects.

.... Because they are loaded with calories. 1g fat = 9 calories so those 9 calories add up FAST when you're talking about a Whopper with cheese .

I am currently taking Epherdia free Hydroxycut and I am on my 3rd week and I am seeing great results, one thing that is a MUST if you want to slim down, do cardio excersises. I jog 3 miles on days I dont work out, and Hyrdoxycut helps boost your energy and it helps me get going much better. As for side effects... I had to stop taking anything with epherdia in it, because it gave me irragular heart beats and sometimes made me feel kinda sick. But the Epherdia free Hyrdoxycut is working good for me. Good luck

Question

i've been taking hydroxycut for a little over a month now... and yeah i've lost 10 pounds, but i've also noticed that i am always agitated, and have mood swings quite often... the bottle says that these are some of the side effects... anyone know of any better supplements to be taking that won't result in this???

I tried it for two bottles and didn't notice any effects(weight loss or side effects). The only thing I could honestly say is that during my weight loss my body weight did not fluctuate as much as it did when I did not take it. So based on my results it's worthless.
