Well it really depends on your diet and training, without that you wont be loosing anything. Lean system 7 is around the best non ephedra containing fat burner there is, it deffinitly beats the UK brands of Xen and Hydrox. BUT if your in a country where ephedra is legal then go with hydroxycut. I personally love liquid clen from liquidresearch.com NOTE : do not order from liquid-research.com ...... note the dash, they are scammers.

true healthy weight loss

I highly recomend something I am taking. Its simply 17 fruits and vegetables in capsule form. My husband lost 30 pounds in 3 months, so lets say averaging about 12 pounds per month. And myself, I have gone done 3 sizes, and I have an underactive thyroid. But this is more than weight loss, it balances your whole body, and builds lean muscle. More than that, it is true disease prevention. And if you want some serious energy for working out, this is it, and there is the BEST tasting protein shake, sugar free, no unnatrual sweeteners, and dairy free. It truly replaces what you lose in a hard workout. edit: link removed
