2 1/2 years ago I lost 25 lbs on Hydroxycut and maintained the
weight loss - felt energetic, ate nutritious, looked great, etc. I exercised regularly (yoga 2x a week and treadmill 2x a week) and took Hydroxycut with ephedra (2 a day during the week and none on the weekend) as maintenance.
Because of the FDA ban, two months ago I stopped taking it and have put on 15 pounds without changing my lifestyle. I am sad about this turn of events!!! Due to demanding work hours I can't increase the amount of time exercising. The thought of going on a severely restrictive diet is depressing. Is there anyone out there who has any supplement suggestions?
