Don't know that brand. But creatine is one of the few actually effective supplements. It isn't magic, but the extra water in the muscle cells does help them be stronger, which helps you lift more, in return...more growth.
My suggestion is if your diet can handle the sugar, use plain creatine monohydrate with dextrose. If your diet is skipping the sugar, then go for the creatine ethyl ester. Brand means nothing. As long as you are getting 5g after your workout it will do the same no matter what kind you use.
