Well, I have heard from many people that Cell-Tech is just a big waste of money. Being the stubbon individual that I am, I bought the 7 lb. container because I was curious to see its effects on my lifting. Well, it has been one full week and let me tell you... I dislike, no further more, hate Cell Tech. I have many reasons for why I feel this way. 1, the 200 mg of
Alpha Lipoic Acid per serving completely deprives any motivation for me to drink the supplement after a nice workout. I would rather swallow a box of nails then drink this crap. Fruit Punch? Yeah right... more like urine mixed with chlorine. It is absolutely horrible! 2, the 75 g of sugars is ridiculous. When people told me Cell Tech is creatine with kool aid, they were not kidding. I feel so full after drinking that crap it is difficult for me to stomach any food within 2-3 hours of consumption of Cell Tech. Afterall, I am taking Cell Tech to gain weight/mass, but it seems to counteract because I am so full (and nauseous cause it tastes horrible) that I cannot even eat for a few hours. 3, The mixture of supplements in Cell Tech has been completely screwing with my stomach. Ever since starting my cycle with Cell Tech I have been feeling bloated, my stomach aching, releasing horrible gases and having quite frequent diarreah. Cell Tech has just over all made me a mess! 4, I don't even feel the supplement for workouts. I do not understand how it is supposed to make me stronger (creatine) if I am taking Cell Tech after work out and then not taking it again for 24 hours until next serving. I do understand however that with the 75 g of sugars that is a huge insulin spike for the creatine to be rushed to the muscles that are starving for nutriets. Would it make more sense for me to just take Cell Tech before a workout? Or since one serving is two scoops, take one scoop before workout and one post? V12 at least mad sense in the fact that you had a serving in the morning, which would stay in your system throughout the day, and then once before workout, which gives you the pump and strength increase. 5, Cell Tech is wayyy over priced! V12 is a better product and 20 bucks cheaper! Ahh! Well... I know I spent nearly $60 on this Fruit Punch Kool Aid mess, and I will never invest another dollar to this product. Those of you who are considering Cell Tech... look for another alternative
