Interesting thread,

There are many types of health supplements that can, in a safe way, help you to maintain different aspects of your body’s health. If you make a careful choice, you should be able to pick a selection of supplements that will be perfect for you. You just have to analyze your goals. The supplements you choose will depend on your diet, the amount of exercise you get, and your weight loss / gain goals.

Please help me and powder or capsule?
Lets start with a little truth, supplements wont make your arms "look bulky." What does is the right amount of exercise, which is subjective, and proper recovery. Not only that but exercising correctly. I have almost never seen anyone use proper form/ROM in a gym before.

Nutrition is the largest part of the equation. If you dont have the right nutrients in your body to repair, then you just cant without sacrificing something else (muscle typically). So if you want a supplement to help with recovery so that your arms get "bulky," start by replacing the things you lost during your workout. Water, vitamins, glycogen, etc...

I would recommend a couple things in addition to a healthy diet. 1 - a carbohydrate/creatine supplement. This ensures your muscles are full of the glycogen they need for fuel and also increases the effectiveness of the creatine. Creatine is also going to cause you to retain water and therefore have a fuller look. 2 - a post workout shake with whey and carbs in the correct balance. Here is what I use (among other things): http://atlargenutrition.com/nutritio...?products_id=2 and http://atlargenutrition.com/nutritio...products_id=23.

Start with form, diet, exercise priority, and when you are satisfied or at least on your way to getting those in line, add in the supplements.

Good luck!
