I don't know what supplements to get???

OK, I always had this problem....My arms always look thin. I'm strong, but my arms still look like a beginer. I'm lifting alot of weights, heavy and hard.
I got a gut right now and I'm doing lots of cardio to get rid of my gut. Just wanted to add that in.
But what I do want is a supplement that can make my arms look bulky, but in shape. I want my forearms to look bulky, like Popeye.

I eat my good amounts of protein already, but I kow I need a supplement.
Please help me and powder or capsule?

You need to focus on all over mass gain, not just the forearms. You can't really "bulk up" just one part of your body. You need to decide whether you want to get rid of the gut first or make your arms bigger first, so you can decide whether to eat a caloric excess or a deficit.

What is your lifting routine currently like? What exercises do you perform and how many sets and reps? Deadlifts, rows and pullups will all involve the forearms, so make sure you are doing those.

I don't think you need a supplement at this point, and I don't think there's any such thing as a supplement to bulk up forearms.

Suppliment are not need as liftgirl states, concentrate on diet and workouts.
Make sure to balance good productive workout with good lean foods and the gut will go and the arms will come

not to mention theres no difference in capsules or pwder!!! the capsules have the powder in it, thats all a matter if you are a baby, and cant handle the powder and have to sugar coat instead! i would work on your overall bulking up nutrition first, which means your gonna get a little fat, not extremely fat! just a little, and do alot of compounds and throw in some iso's for your forearms and bis and tris. get your nutrition right... then you can talk about supplements.

Yeah, i've recently started gym only reason i got protein powder is because with work sometimes it makes it easy for me to get that meal or 2 in.

But yeah i am concentrating on workout and diets before heading to most the rest of the suppliments.

so overall i think you'll do fine if you workout rest and eat a fair bit.

nah your fine with Protien shakes...... not protien bars, those are junk, but protien bars, and a multi -vtamin liek centrum is fine..... and a creatine is almost a necessary for a body/builder. I spend 110 on all three products and it lasts me for 3-4 months.

you dont want a creatine blend, unless you got money to piss away, in that case Id say any of them, celltech, I dunno? the best bang for buck is a CEE, creatine Ethyl Ester, its just like creatine monhydrate but absorbed faster caz of the ester molecule and its proven, and its very cheap... the only brand Ive used is CEE by Primaforce, which tastes really bad im warnng you, you will definately need to drink it with some powerade , its impossible to drink with just water. I mix mine with protien and water before, and then protien and powerade after workout..... you can try shopping around for other CEEs or other types of creatine if ya like...

Supplement list.

Iron - heavy - lift and repeat as needed.

Steak

Hamburger

Chicken

Fish

Green veggies

Starchy carbs for growth.

whey protein is helpful but whole food is better.

Creatine with dextrose or creatine ethyl esther.

There you go. That will give you results.

well on all creatines, there gonna tell you to take two doses a day... but for a week youll prolly wanna take three doses just to load up real quick, take a serving in the morning, then before and after workout, on days you dont workout just take 2 doses, in the morning and in the afternoon. after your week is up, just take it before and after workout with protien and powerade, on days you dont workout, again just take twice in morning and afternoon.

if you get CEE by Primaforce, the serving size is 2000mg, its a small ass scoop, but it tastes like it could treat a community pool. it also gets real hardened and chunky like crack (as you would imagine it looks like) so you just gotta break it up with the scoop or a knife. water in the container obviously adds to the problem, so clean and dry your hands before touching your stuff.....

I dont know if I can do this, But I got mine from BodyBuilding.com it was two 500g containers for like 30dollars... which lasts roughly 4 months.

good luck chuck!
