Unhappy

I have a problem with Nitro-Tech...

Hello!! Really hope that you guys here can help me.

Here's my story...I don't take a lot of supplements, only protein. Tried a number of brands before and this is my first time with Nitro-Tech. Well the problem is...about 3 - 4 hrs after I take nitro-tech, I am sure to visit the toilet and everything just comes right back out. Have never experienced this with other brands of protein.

I mix all my supplements with milk. Usually 2 scoops...but reduced to 1 with Nitro-Tech but the result is still a trip to the toilet. Do you guys have similar problems?? Or advice like taking it with some food?? Or certain vitamins?? I take my supplements after I workout...so I guess it's kinda on a empty stomach...

How long does it take for the body to absorb all the "good" stuff before it gets pass out?? I bought the big 4lbs one and it's not cheap...sigh...anyway thanks for reading!!!

Well if it has creatine mixed in then that could well be the cause of the problem. However it takes about an hour for whey to be fully digested after a workout... so I would say its either the milk ... some people can't tolerate it ... or it is something within the powder like creatine or the other crap they throw in, it could even be the whey .. try soy protein.

I have heard that Nitro Tech has creatine in it. I can't prove that though.....

It may taste better with milk, but I would avoid mixing it that way. Go with water.

Hey chessman read your label bro.
Your culprit is whey protein concentrate, , even though it says 97% isolate the first ingredient is whey protein concentrate. You can compare this to Mcdonald's 99% pure beef patty. My suggestion to you is switch to pure isolate, its more expensive but well worth it.

I've had the same problem twice, but it only happened when I used too much whey in my milkshakes (6 to 8 scoops). Looks like you'll have to get rid of your NitroTech

If you have a training partner you can exchange brands, I did it once with a friend who was seeing more results with creatine, I exchanged my creatine for his almost new whey protein (which incidentally also made his stomach upset).

I had the same problem with the nitro-tech. I couldnt even make that **** tast decent. I had to go to the bathroom after every shake and often times threw it back up cuz it gave me gas and made me sick.

Trash it and get something else!
