I Have A Question About Creatine?


I HAVE BEEN TAKEN CREATINE PILLS (Sci-Fit, Kre-Alkalyn) FOR TWO MONTHS. DO YOU THINK THAT I SHOULD CYCLE OFF THEM AFTER I AM DONE WITH MY THREE MONTHS CYCLE OF PILLS OR DO YOU THINK I CAN BUYS ANOTHER BOTTLE AND KEEP TAKING THEM?

dont know, what are your goal?

I am gonna cycle of creatine in middle of april and do light weight exercise and cardio so i can get ripped up by summer.

you dont need to cycle creatine, just go get another bottle

if your going to take creatine, your body can only absorb about 1.25 grams every 2-2 1/2 hours. by taking the dosage on the bottle is just a waste of money. you can just get a dose of it about every 2 hours, which is about a shot of creatine with every meal.

1.25 grams? I don't think it's that severe. I think he's safe taking 5-10 grams after his workout without wasting much creatine.

i actually take kre alkalyn and cell tech...kre alkalyn, 1 serving in morning and night and cell tech after my workout.......i havent gone off them in about 5 months and the gains dont slow down as long as you keep working out very intensely
