too bad they're hidden away behind my two inch layer of fat. How the HELL do I lose this fat around my stomach? I am quite toned and firm everywhere else except this area. I have a
fast metabolism. I
gain weight slowly--all fat seems to go to my stomach. I do sit-ups 4 times a week, 20 reps, x4 sets on my abdominizer hooked up to a pulley system with 4 kg weights attached. If I do aerobics will this get rid of the fat without sacraficing the rest of my muscles? right now I'm off white bread and on rye. I have boyish good looks.
secondly what do think of mixing creatine with gatorade--still beter than O.J right?
thirdly is it beneficial/non beneficial to drink water before and during workouts?
