I have a TEN pack set of abs

too bad they're hidden away behind my two inch layer of fat. How the HELL do I lose this fat around my stomach? I am quite toned and firm everywhere else except this area. I have a fast metabolism. I gain weight slowly--all fat seems to go to my stomach. I do sit-ups 4 times a week, 20 reps, x4 sets on my abdominizer hooked up to a pulley system with 4 kg weights attached. If I do aerobics will this get rid of the fat without sacraficing the rest of my muscles? right now I'm off white bread and on rye. I have boyish good looks.

secondly what do think of mixing creatine with gatorade--still beter than O.J right?

thirdly is it beneficial/non beneficial to drink water before and during workouts?

This board is is great--you can ask the most stupid and repetitive questions and still not get flamed. Yay for me 'cause I'm gonna milk this board for all it's got.

No such thing as spot reduction- cut down on the crunches and get yo'self a full-body workout. The body takes fat from where it feels like, and the belly is the favorite storage site on males. Cardio will help, but if you really want to keep the rest of your muscle, weights will up your metabolism and help preserve- maybe even build- your muscle tissue.

Creatine with gatorade is fine. It has enough sugar to help get the creatine to the muscles, and it's basically just flavored sweat anyway. Knock yourself out, as long as you don't go overboard- sugar is sugar, and too much sugar makes ya fat.

And absolutely drink water during workouts. You dehydrate fast then, and if you lose too much water your performance will take a dive.

And modest too

I am only kidding. What Cougar said is right you need a full routine. All you need to do is use the search function that you can find right under that Amazon thing at the upper right hand corner of the page and search for a routine there are tons that have already been posted just pick one that you like and get cracking.
Hope this helps,
-Mike
