Ok so lets take a brief look then, there's no more than 3000cals in a day there if that, some people need 4000+ cals per DAY to start putting on weight, simply put - your just not eating enough, that can be the only answer to the problem....even if you didn't train hard, if you were eating enough you would still of had a higher net gain than 10lbs, I eat 4500cals + per DAY and that allows me to make steady progress and I weigh around 215lbs ~9 11%.

Kind of wondered if this was the way the post was going to go. Even with roids, you are going to have to watch your diet in order to make the most of the money and time you will spend on the juice. They aren't magic, bro.

People dont understand that if they are not eating enough without juice then adding juice wont do anything if they want to gain size. Damn serious just eat twice as much as you do now and you will gain weight.

It takes a LOT of food to get big. Everyone underplays the volume that is needed to add muscle. Ever watch an extremely overweight person eat? They never stop. That is what it takes to become a very large bodybuilder, except it must be clean food. And the rub is most people don't realize how difficult it is to eat that much food continuously. It can be a real chore.

I highly doubt that you suffer from hyperthyroidism.

I would think after 2 years of little progress I would have changed something by then. I am curious what your training regimen and the progress you have made over those 9 years and your total poundage and if you are doing other exercises like cardio.

The diet you describe seems to be a cutting diet to me but in larger quantities. I think you need to consume more time released protein sources (like casein) and fat in your diet and limit your consumption of protein powder to post workout only. Peanut butter, sunflower seeds and nuts are very calorie dense foods to consider.

I don't see alot of calories here.
You do need to write down the calorie content of your foods and keep a log...
My guess is your Carbs are way to low for your metabolism..
Stick with real food and shy away from the protein shakes when possible..
Spending 2 hours in the gym a day is not helping you either...Cut your workouts down to an hour...Lift hard and heavy...
Ecto's need higher carb diets and very little if any cardio when bulking...
Strive to bring more of a balance to each of your 7 daily meals.

Dude!?! Are you blind? Look at post #9 in this thread (on the first page). There is a link to a great bulking diet.

Bro, every one on this thread has told you the same thing. You are the one not believing the opinions of any one who has taken the time to help you. If you aren't willing to admit that maybe you are doing something wrong with your diet then you are doomed to keep going around the same circles you have been for the last 9 years!

Perhaps I won't state it as strongly as Ah-nold but I agree with him. People have said 'something is up with your diet', read that link Ironman put in post 9 and have a serious think about whether you 'eat enuff for a pro wrestler'. Lots of people say they eat enough when there is evidence to the contrary.
