If you had to choose

If you were a female looking to lose 20 lbs and had limited amount of money, would you stack you protein with glutamine or a fat burner ?

...I would learn more about what glutamine and fat burners were and analyze my current diet and exercise program because then the answer would become obvious to me .

I'd recommend the fatburner for sure. And cardio.

Thanks I have a read up on both fat burners and glutamine

I am on CKD and
I was just wondering if it is better to build and maitain muscle with glutamine rather than lose muscle and try to make up for it with a fat burner. Basically (if this a more sophisticated question) does losing muscle cancel out the affects of a fat burner ?
