Question

im still lost....Help QUICK

I just got a bottle of my Optinum Nutrician 100% Whey and i have a couple of q's.

1) i know it is supposed to be like 1g/1lb, but is that in addition to the protein im already getting from my normal diet?? or am i supposed to be taking all 160g (i weigh 160) in my protein drink??

2) ive been told that i should only take it after i work out, correct? and if im working out every other day do i take it on my "off" days?

3) if im supposed to be taking it more than once a day, when are good times?? how much per serving???? THANKS VERY MUCH

1) You dont want to take your body's weight in protein all in one shake, no. One serving will be fine.

2) Yes take it asap after your workout. Dont bother taking a hey protein drink as a normal shake, any other time apart from post workout would be pointless - It is digested so fast you wont even get 1/3 the protein it says you will.

3) Just post-workout with some dextrose.

Just a quick note - you need 1g protien per pound of LEAN BODY MASS - not per pound of body weight. You don't need to "feed the fat" (Cursor's words).
