Important QUESTION???


My friend says that if your taking a fat burner like hydroxycut you shoudn't take protien whey.


IS HE RIGHT???

I really wouldn't worry about taking whey with a fatburner....or any kind of protein for that matter.

just to clarify i meant that NO your friend is not right

although i will say that losing fat and gaining muscle concurrently is really not an effective method to achieve your ultimate goals (IF thats what you're trying to do)

What if you are taking the Protien as a meal replacement? Vegetarians could possibly take the Fat Burner for weight loss but then drink the shakes to get their Protien in their diet.
