Lately I've been slammin' some serious iron. To support any new (hopefully) muscle growth, I've been taking x-tra supplements to goose up my testosterone (naturally). Here's what I've been taking . . .
VITAMINS
* B6
MINERALS
* zinc
* magnesium
EFA'S
* fish oil
* flax oil
* borage oil
* primose oil
HERBS
* korean ginseng
*
tribulus terrestris
I've heard that there are herbs that "free" up bound testosterone. The word around the campfire is that will give the bod more available test for
bigger muscles, and who knows, maybe even a bigger bulge, LOL. The two herbs that came up were "avena sativa" and "stinging nettle". "Yohimbe" also came up, but not to the same extent.
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of supplements I could add to the list to take my test production to the next level?
