Info on 1-AD?

I have been taking creatine for a while now and want to try something else and I have a buddy who has been taking 1-AD. I was just wondering if this stuff works and just any helpful info about it.

no...you are only 16, so dont bother, your test levels are mad high anyway...just eat healthy and lift smart

do chest once a week
back once a week
tris once a week(twice if you include chest as one)
shoulders once a week
bis once a week
legs once a week

i do chest/forearms monday, tris and back tuesday, shoulders thursday, and legs/biceps friday

I agree with pmcgough. 16 is way too young to take Andro. Besides, you're already benching more than your body weight and squatting almost double.

Im currently 19 (turning 20 very soon) and also considering taking andro. Is this fine or should I wait longer? Also are there any bad side affects from taking it?

they say 21, but if you think you are almost fully grown, that should be ok at 20
