Well I am on a cut cycle and I am sticking to that plan but I have modified my diet already to try to get the most out of it While still staying low calorie and cutting fat!!
If this cycle goes well I plan another one late feburary during my bulking cycle with the legal gear hydroxytest transdermal version.
Here is a example of my diet the past couple of days (one is an off day(cardio day) and one is a lifting day. I am trying to keep my protein around 300 grams which will stay the same during the pro-h cycle!! I think it should net me good results!!
My main purposes for this first cycle is
1. test my body to see how it responds to pro-h
2. maintain current muscle mass while effectively slashing fat!!
Lifting day:
Breakfast (7:00 AM)
Omelete (3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 slice lowfat cheese)
4 slices turkey bacon
1/2 cup grits
Mid morning (10:00 am)
3 boiled egg whites
3 boiled eggs
1 can tuna mixed into tuna salad and 4 whole wheat crackers
Lunch(1:00 PM)
7oz chicken breast
5oz extra lean hamburger patty
1/2 cup whole wheat pasta
mid afternoon (4:30)
Myoplex Deluxe (reformulated version)
6:00 TRAININ
7:00 post workout meal
1 serving simply gain by eas mixed with one seving simply protein
Supper 8:15pm
8oz extra lean hamburger steak
1/2 cup green beans
DAILY

Myoplex + 2 tbsp peanut butter
Lunch (1:30)

5oz lean grilled hamburger meat
1/2 cup lima beans
Mid afternoon (4:00)
1 cup 4% fat cottage cheese
1/2 serving simply protein
1 tsp sugar
ALL MIXED TOGETHER
second mid afternoon :-)
2 servings simply protein
Supper
5oz Salmon baked
1 medium sweetpotato

OH btw my current stats are

bf guestimation 13 - 14% as of right now (I just started again a month ago back into things and wasnt good at all(dietwise) the previous 4 months)
