Question

Interest in Pro-Hormone diary???


Ok I am on a cutting cycle right now and will be using my first ever cycle of pro-hormones during my cut
.

I am done with all of the research and have picked what I feel to be the best cycle for me (a beginner) for my desired goal and have also gotten everything ready before I start so everything will stay as safe as possible.

My cycle is
Legal Gear 1-T/4AD transdermal product
3 squirts daily week 1-2 (divided into 2 daily applications)
4 squirts daily week 3-6 (divided into 2 daily applications)

My on cycle supps in case of sides is
Liquid Nolvadex -- (Hopefully I wont need this)

My post cycle supps
6-oxo
May use nolvadex alongside this for the first few days post cycle


Diet will be 2500 calories daily with 300 g of protein
Every Saturday I will have a clean cheat day where I only up the calories but keep it clean just to make sure my body remembers that there is food around.

Im wanting to see if there is enough intrest to to have a daily log.
I log my food on fitday.com so you can go there to see that
but as far as workout strength - daily feel etc.
Of course I will post the results no matter wheather I do the daily log or not but I dont want to waste my time if no-one will really benefit from it!!

While it wouldnt hurt anything. Why use something that is inferior compared to other products. Plus the 6-oxo is a totally different supp than tribulus.

Trib is suppossed to raise your natural test levels while 6-oxo is a estrogen blocker and raises natural test also.

The nolvadex is an estrogen receptor antagonist and will basically stop estrogen dead in its tracks!!

I feel that I am on a right track and dont plan on adding anymore supps to the mix!!

Ok, maybe I didn't word my reply very well

I agree you'll need 6-oxo to lower oestrogen but wouldn't some tribulus as well as 6-oxo help your natural test get back on track. I didn't mean use trib instead of 6-oxo

Why did you decide to ramp up the dosage after week two. Ramping and tapering prohormones tend to not be the best idea, especially since the cycles are so short.

Any particular reason you want to take it to 6 weeks? I really think 4 weeks is the best, ESPECIALLY for first cycle and the particular combo you are doing. You will see your most gains at week 3 and week 4 you will start slowing down. The longer the cycle, the longer recovery, and it sucks to increase your recovery for so long for the diminished marginal returns you will get in weeks 5 and 6.

The squirts don't mean anything to me, what are the actual dosages in each squirt and is there DMSO in this product?

Actually that is exactly what I was planning on was a 4 week but I didnt quite understand the dosage requirements when I placed my order and ended up ordering enough for 3 4 month cycles!! OOPPS. Some other people had recommended pushing it to 6 weeks and I figured that since I had enough to do it now I would go ahead, but I think I will just plan on 4 weeks at 4 squirts a day again.

Im gonna start November 1st and run through the end of the month that should be like 4 weeks 3 days

Also I ordered my nolvadex last week and its not here yet. Im not even thinking about starting until I have that in hand!!

BTW the legalgear stuff is based off of the BDC nutrition topical stuff and doesnt require DMSO (or already has it in it) It supposed to be really good application method though!!

If it is a derivative of Chemo's plend, then I think you will be pleased. That man knows his stuff!!!!! I am sure it already has the DMSO in it, because he is a hug propenent of it, but that is weird that they would ship it to you already mixed in...

I don't know if you have heard this already, but DON'T touch your package or face without washing your hands VERY thoroughly or you will be in for a nasty surprise. It BURNS. Sometimes just taking a shower if it is on your chest it will run down with the water and it will burn. My advice is to apply it with your hand in a ziploc bag to avoid this. It worked well for me.

I forgot to say. Props you to you, man you are doing everything right.

I couldn't suggests a better delivery method, and odds are you have your dosing down. 4 week length is perfect, and are gonna have nolva on hand and your post cycle under control. I wish more people were as smart as you!

Got that covered too!!!!
My wife is going to apply it for me 2 squirts twice daily and we already have a box of latex gloves for her to use while applying it!!!
Im also going to rotate a front application in the morning (chest) probably around 7:00AM and then do a back application in the evening around 7:00PM after a bath. That way if we are fooling around in the bed (usually around 9:00 - 10:00) the chance of her getting any on her would be next to none!!!

I am impressed, man... you have thought it through. My favorite spot is the top of my feet. They seem to be the least sensitive to it, and have a LOT of veins in them. You will probably need to use more than just two spots for the rotation or they will get sore and sometimes will rash, and then you will have to lay off for the rest of the cycle. Just be extra mindful to make sure nothing ever comes in contact with her 'Giner or you will NEVER hear the end of it. This may or may not be from personal experience.

Without knowing your current height/weight, I will just say that IMO 2500 calories is WAY light for your first PH cycle. With as powerful as the 1-t/4-ad transdermals are, you should definitely think about boosting it up, and just keep an eye on the fat gain.

You can always come back around and cut afterward, but you will not be able to make up the ideal opportunity to pack on some real mass. Better to err on the side of too many calories, than not enough.

Well I am on a cut cycle and I am sticking to that plan but I have modified my diet already to try to get the most out of it While still staying low calorie and cutting fat!!

If this cycle goes well I plan another one late feburary during my bulking cycle with the legal gear hydroxytest transdermal version.

Here is a example of my diet the past couple of days (one is an off day(cardio day) and one is a lifting day. I am trying to keep my protein around 300 grams which will stay the same during the pro-h cycle!! I think it should net me good results!!

My main purposes for this first cycle is
1. test my body to see how it responds to pro-h
2. maintain current muscle mass while effectively slashing fat!!

Lifting day:

Breakfast (7:00 AM)
Omelete (3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 slice lowfat cheese)
4 slices turkey bacon
1/2 cup grits

Mid morning (10:00 am)
3 boiled egg whites
3 boiled eggs
1 can tuna mixed into tuna salad and 4 whole wheat crackers

Lunch(1:00 PM)
7oz chicken breast
5oz extra lean hamburger patty
1/2 cup whole wheat pasta

mid afternoon (4:30)
Myoplex Deluxe (reformulated version)

6:00 TRAININ
7:00 post workout meal
1 serving simply gain by eas mixed with one seving simply protein

Supper 8:15pm
8oz extra lean hamburger steak
1/2 cup green beans


DAILY MACRONUTRIENT BREAKDOWN
cal: 2437
fat: 82
Carb: 138
Prot: 296



OFF DAY(cardio day)
Wake up - serving of simply protein
Cardio (30 minutes on bike fairly high resistance keeping heart rate up)
Breakfast ( 7:45)
2 soy sausage patties
omellete (2 eggs + 3 egg whites + one slice lowfat cheese)
3 slices turkey bacon

Mid morning 10:30
Myoplex + 2 tbsp peanut butter

Lunch (1:30)
5.4 oz grilled chicken breast
5oz lean grilled hamburger meat
1/2 cup lima beans

Mid afternoon (4:00)
1 cup 4% fat cottage cheese
1/2 serving simply protein
1 tsp sugar
ALL MIXED TOGETHER

second mid afternoon :-)
2 servings simply protein

Supper
5oz Salmon baked
1 medium sweetpotato

MACRONUTRIENTS FOR DAY
CAL: 2370
Fat: 84
Carb: 107
PROT: 300


I stole both of those days from my log from the past two days but you get the idea!!

OH btw my current stats are
age 25
weight 207
bf guestimation 13 - 14% as of right now (I just started again a month ago back into things and wasnt good at all(dietwise) the previous 4 months)
