Question

Iron supplements

Should those lifting weights 3-4 times per week (as well as cardio) be taking more iron? Also, are they more prone to being possibly being iron-deficient?

From what I have heard women are more prone to need iron supplements than men but you should be getting enough in your diet and vitamins. I have heard that too much iron in your systems does more harm than good so check the diet and vitamin's and see.

Isn't there a fair amount alone in milk?

Have a good one!
