Is 17 too young?
I am 17 as of now and am interested in using ZMA (Z-Mass PM) and Tribulus ( OPTIMUM NUTRITION Tribulus 625). I am wondering if this safe to do so at my age since I am very weary about messing around with anything that can have an impact on my testosterone. Also, is Creatine safe to use? I have used Creatine in the past with good results, and am planning to restart it…I am just curious if it is a mistake to do so. The only other supplements I use are Myoplex deluxe MRS – I’m assuming these are safe. I have been lifting on and off with cardio (cross country, swimming, and water polo) in between since I was 15, so I am relatively experienced. I would just like to have something to supplement my gains so that they occur a little quicker. Right now I am 5'6' and weigh 145 pounds with 8.5% body fat. Everyone Thank You in advance for answering this! I plan on becoming an active member of this forum…not just a leecher…catch ya guys later and thanks again! :

what part of florida you live in? Anyway there's no problem with using zma, very safe to use, tribulus as far as I know has no harmful side effects either. However im doubtful of any benefits youll see from using tribulus. Creatine is always safe to use when taken with plenty of water and plenty of water is drank throughout the day. :

I wouldn't sweat it. Im 16 and I've been using creatine and whey protein ever since I was 15...aside from dirreaha twice a day, dry mouth, a slight shrinkage of the penis, and hair loss, I feel pretty good! :
Anyways, when I was new to the weightlifting scene, I bought a 90 dollar box of Myoplex MRP's thinking "Wow this should help me get bigger" I can now look back and say it was a pretty big waste of money...I mean, it's great and convenient and all, but you can get the same nutrients with a few spoons of cottage cheese and some whey protein.

Tribulus impacts hormones so there can be some side effects - i have read some people's bad encounters with it, although it is very rare and without a doubt the safest product that raises your testosterone.

Androstenedione is a prohormone buddy. He is 17 years old. Maybe you should read. If he's going to be taking this might as well take some test.

Thanks for all the advice guys, as far as the Androstenedione goes I think I’m going to stay away from prohormones for now...I really don't want to mess with my testosterone too much. However I am glad that now I know the Tribulus and ZMA are pretty safe! Thanks!
