Is anything safe for my age and size?????

Ok, feel free to laugh.....

I am 15 years old right around 6 feet tall and i weigh 130 pounds.

About a month ago i started getting into the idea of lifting weights cause i really do want to get bigger.

So basically what i want to know is what would be the best thing(s) for me to take to get a head start.

Ive been looking into "BioRoid" and "The Roid Replacer"...either of those good?

Anyways i basically want something or a mix of multiple things that will help me put on muscle the fastest.

Also, if anybody has a good and effective workout that they could post i would really appreciate it...im just starting out and dont know very much yet....

Thanks everybody for your input

If you only started thinking about lifting weights a month ago, forget all that crap and just start a fundamentally sound program. Good nutrition, good work, good planning. That's kind of a boring answer but, well, it's the right one.

exactly

youll make great strides and gains without suppliments for at least a year--

dont worry about suppliments yet. get your head into it and get your form down. youll truley amaze yourself if you show dedication

i recommend a multi-vitamin though and maybe keep your protien up a tad

good luck

Personally, I feel it's better to bust your tale and wait till you hit a plateau to start taking supplements. That way you'll get more out of it and it will give you the boost you need to break the plateau.

At your age the only thing you should be taking is protein powder and creatine - these work the best anyways.

I was wondering the same thing when I first started lifting seriously, about 9 months ago. I learned that when you first start, that with some hard work you can add some quality muscle in just a couple of months. I added about 13 or 14. But that's with a good diet too. After I hit the plateau though, I started using creatine, and it has worked wonders.
