Ok, feel free to laugh.....
I am 15 years old right around 6
feet tall and i weigh 130 pounds.
About a month ago i started getting into the idea of
lifting weights cause i really do want to get bigger.
So basically what i want to know is what would be the best thing(s) for me to take to get a head start.
Ive been looking into "BioRoid" and "The Roid Replacer"...either of those good?
Anyways i basically want something or a mix of multiple things that will help me put on muscle the fastest.
Also, if anybody has a good and effective workout that they could post i would really appreciate it...im just starting out and dont know very much yet....
