Some will say caffeine is good, others will say it is bad...i.m.o. it is a rather
personal choice, like the use of any other stimulant. Ok, caffeine will not kill you, but it does drain your energy (and causes cellulite in women). But then some of us do like the effect it generates.
Ultimately it would be best not to consume it, because:
1.Caffeine does raise blood fat levels.
2.Caffeine increases calcium excretion.
3.Caffeine may increase rates of miscarriage and low birth weight.
4.Too much caffeine can cause anxiety, panic attacks and sleeplessness.
5.Caffeine raises
blood pressure.
I still take it...I love the taste of coffee!
