creatine sore


hello i loaded on creatine (cell-tech ) after first few days loading i started get sore muscles back-arms-not some much my legs but i stopped taking next day fine i thought maybe it was just me but i started back up same thing any reasons why

dehydration buddy, drink a ton of water when you're using creatine and the soreness shouldn't be a problem. :thumbup:

hey thank for the reply i drink about 9 20oz of water a day no pop nothing beside fat free milk

Make sure your getting enough protein in the muscles and at the right times. Sounds like your getting a build up of lactic acid due to the higher intensity of training, and your not replenishing with protein or carbs. Try checking your diet and drink twice as much water while taking creatine.
