i read some where that flaxseed is a good supplement for bodybuidlers

Flax Seed Oil is an excellent product. Two servings an day mix in your protein shake will do you well. Your EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids) your body needs to get from outside sources. The Good fats help give you stable energy, helps you burn fat, helps your nails, hair, skin, intestines, lower cholesterol.
