so i should stick to one creatine and just mix it with
protein shake like Designer Whey and a Wegith gainer. jsut listen to this and tell me if its a good combination , i take in the morning one dose of creatine, one dose of
Weight gainer, one does of glutamine, Nortesten, then i go to the gym then right after i take a protein shake, then a weight gainer again then glutamina, creatine again. then b4 i go to sleep i take Z-Methoxy, glutamine and Nortesten (2 pills) sometimes the weight gainer. btw my weight gainer has 20 grams of protein supplied with it. should i include Designer whey with my supplementation ??? thnx guys
