Well, creatine is creatine. Now some companies may add other stuff to their creatine such as dextrose or protein powder or whatever, but the base creatine is still the same thing. So, taking two at the same time IMO would just be wasteful.

Then again, I've been known to be wrong from time to time so wait for a bit and someone will come along and set me strait if I am .

The reason your friend got huge in 6 months could have been any number of reasons. Could have been he's new to lifting and got the benefit of newbie gains. Could be his diet was great and along with a solid lifting program 6 months is a lot of time. Could be he's got great genes that respond well to lifting. Could be he's young and his body is just flowing with test that gains are more easily met.

Really, you can't pin it down to just one thing (without the whole story). Right now everyone is asleep, but when they get up they will either confirm or deny that taking 2 different creatines is not that beneficial. I was using a common sense approach, but like I said, I honestly don't know THAT much about creatine so you could be right.

there isnt any real benefit to taking two different kinds of creatine. if you're going be taking more than one dose a day tho, then the answers no - simply because it will do you no good.

so i should stick to one creatine and just mix it with protein shake like Designer Whey and a Wegith gainer. jsut listen to this and tell me if its a good combination , i take in the morning one dose of creatine, one dose of Weight gainer, one does of glutamine, Nortesten, then i go to the gym then right after i take a protein shake, then a weight gainer again then glutamina, creatine again. then b4 i go to sleep i take Z-Methoxy, glutamine and Nortesten (2 pills) sometimes the weight gainer. btw my weight gainer has 20 grams of protein supplied with it. should i include Designer whey with my supplementation ??? thnx guys
