Is it okay to tell people about clenbuterol?
I'm going to be working at a gym this summer,so I'm hoping that will help me get more serious about working out. The guy who owns the gym is a personal trainer and his older brother is my dads best friend from high school. I was explaining to him how I am not getting the results I want from my routine, and he said he woudl work with me to get me where I want to be. We haven't started it yet ( he said he would work with me for 2 weeks to get me going). But he also said that he needs to know everything I ahve been doing, eating,and if I take any supplements.....I have some clen that I was saving for summer...Do I tell him that I am taking it?- he is also a former body builder so I'm sure he knows about what is out there....

sure is as long as u tell them how dangerous it can be if abused. but damn it sheds the fat off like nothing else.

Hi Dana82-
I agree w/ Griff on this one. Powerful fat burner, can be dangerous if not used properly..... that stuff made me feel like I was cooking from the inside out....
Works, though. Get your gallon jug of *cold* water ready- you'll need it!!!

You might want to get some ephedra to take after your cycle of that, because you're gonna be feeling withdrawels, headache and the rest, just a precaution.

Sounds like some pretty harsh stuff. Is Clen the most common cutter for bodybuilders ?? I'm glad I dont have to worry about BF %'s

lol, D.A.R.E, ..............I will be careful, I know when not taken properly it can be dangerous, and I will be eating clean  . I have been going through alot of older posts on Clen...I have about 3 weeks worth of liquid clen. Would it be pointless to take the 2 weeks worth, then stop for 2 weeks and then finish up what is left, or should I just do the 3 weeks right in a row?

Bump for this advice. Good eating habits are the ONLY way to guarantee a quality physique. Even after using the clen, if you don't eat right, the fat will come right back.

clen starts to lose its effectiveness after about 2 weeks, so i would cycle 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, then that last week on-just make sure you taper up and down pyramid style suring those initial 2 weeks and as well as in that one week...look up lee's clen faq if you havent already, it contains a helluva lot of info, im on a clen cycle now, only sides ive had were light heaadaches and insomnia for the first 3 or 4 days, after that all i feel is like im cooking...the body temp rose a few degrees
