Is it safe to take creatine and fatburner w/ caffine at the same time?

I am currently taking an Ephedra based fat burner that also has caffine in it. I was wondering if it's possible to take this with creatine at the same time.

I'm worried that i might get too dehydrated. When's the good time to take the fat burner and the creatine? I drink the fat burner before my work.

Im really confused, i went to search for other topics like this and in other forums as well, it seems that everyone has different views. Some people say that the E/C/A stack in the product will hinder the effect of cell-volumizing from the creatine and dont recommend taking it.

I read a really good artical not too long ago and posted on this forum, about caffine and creatine. Basically it said that it was ok to do so. The studies behind creatine use and caffine had been flawed. Not enough time cycling the two and not enough usage time either.

However, I did see a damming post here about caffine... about the same time...

I use caffine and creatine I can't say that it has hurt the effects any!
