is it worth it?

I am new to this board.
I have been browsing and searching for quit sometime and haven't really had any questions till now.
I have 300 dbols and dont know if I should bother using them by themselves. I realize they are hard on the liver and have milk thissle. I also have anti e's for post treatment. I would love to take it with some sust but cant get my hands on them and want to look as good as possible for summer and have been training hard.
The dbols I have are the little pink ones (ti's). I weigh 155 I've been working out for 3 years and have been really solid and cosistent this year. I have been trying to eat as much as I can basically and eating 6-8 medium sized meals a day. I take protein, glutamine and occasionally creatine.
Will I get any gains that will stay that will be worth it? and should I have a bulking diet if I do the d's? I would really love to get a little bigger before I start really ripping for summer.
Thanks in advance for your help

Welcome to the board Shawny Boy. With one year of solid lifing under your belt you still have lots of room for improvement without the use of the dbols. There are many different bulking diets you can use now to make some new gains. Search this board for a few ideas.

As for the dbols - they can be used by themselves. Back in the day 10 or 15 mg per day would be considered a good cycle.

Gotta agree with IM here. With only a good year of real training, you probably have a way to go before dabbling in the goodies.

Spend some time really getting your personal weight/nutrition/cardio formula perfected. Once you have figured out how to make some gains using the basic formula, you'll really be in a better position to make choices about your training methods and supplements.

thank you for the quick replys.
I am 22 and have worked out for longer than 3 years but three years serious and around a solid year consistently with no breaks (well rest days of course). I find that I cannot break 160 and have tried to do various diet techniques to help me do so. I have been using a high calorie intake in my gaining months and always ensure I get lots of protein.
If I decide to use the dbols should I be keeping the high calorie, high complex carb and be bulking or should I lower my carb intake and keep my protein really high and try to stay lean on them? I am familiar with the water retention getting in the way of getting cut but I understand that is all lost when the dbols are done. Using the anti e's will I still keep the muscle and some strength? Would they help me to get out of my rut of not breaking 160? I would like to stay as lean as possible cause beach weather is just around the corner. Would using a low dose like 15mg a day be sufficient to get an edge without the toxicity effects?
