Is Lean System 7 good or bad?

I hear mixed reports about LS7.
First I heard that because it was ephedra free, it was as safe as a cup of coffee.
Then I heard reports saying that the other chemicals/ingredients in it contain the same type of stimulants as ephedra (the other chemical/ingredients being white willow bark and ma haung.)I heard that the role of fat burners is to burn fat by increasing heart rate and to stimulate and shock the nervous system.

Furthermore I was told that ANY fat burner is going to have some kind of stimulant in it, whether it has ephedra in it or not. And to top it off, all fat burning products can cause heart problem, sleeping problems, and problems with nervous system.

I was hoping that LS7 would be a great supplement to use. I was wanting something that didn't contain ephedra in it. I used to take Beta Lean (early in the morning) and still had trouble falling asleep at night alongwith feeling jittery throughout the day. I need to lose this spare tire. All the other muscles are developing just fine, except for that stubborn mid-section.

Does anyone have any suggestions or feeback conserning this? I would certainly appreciate them.

LS7 is a fairly new product...

I wouldnt touch ANY fat burner pills, full stop.

I believe a good diet and exercise is the best way to fat loss and health...why you want to take pills?!

Cursor and Fudo know a lot about diets so their better to advise on that...

I can certainly add some constructive advice here as I am a regular user of LS7 on my cuts. I originally started out looking for a burner that did not contain the harmful or dangerous ingriediants, so naturally I was the first to take up the chance of taking LS7 when it came out. I seriously have got amazing results from it, of course there are herbal stimulants in it, but there is nothing related to ma huang, or ephedrine. If you care to look at the ingrediants which can be found on this site, you can see for yourself exactly what is in it. Basically the two main ingreidiants are the guarana extracts and another plant herb that prolongs the fat burning. Of course I did have a good diet and workout plan, but there for me is NO doubt that LS7 is the way to go for me when I need an extra kick. Try it all the rumours you have heard are false, I advise you to try it for yourself to see if it works, dont worry it is safe.

Hope that helps, BTW - you can see just how much it can do when combined with a good diet and workout plan if you look at my last pic posted in the Before and After thread.

2lbs in one week huh ? looks like your right on track. My experiances with this product have been great, I use it to boost my metabolism a little only on cuts, does the job in about 3 weeks, rest assure if your diet and training are upto scratch, you will enjoy your reward.

Thanks Lee. This is certainly something that I will invest in come first of the year when I alter my diet and excercise program.

With proper diet/nutrition and excercise(weights and cardio) I should have be near where I want to be for the summer.

I got myself a bottle today...shall let you guys know what the results are.

I've tried most other ''fat burners'' of which I can only recommend Dymetadrine Xtreme. It really kicks butt!

I just ordered a bottle myself. I have tried Xen it did not do anything terrible bad just put me a bit hostile at times, and also some cramps in the back of my legs. So going to see how LS7 works out.

Thus far no significant results, but I guess it is a bit early to tell.

I do however not experience that same 'rush' as with the US version of Dymetadrine Xtreme or a ECA stack...
