is my post workout nutrition any good?

ok following my workout this is my "shake" Too much? Too little or whats your ideas on this?

My creatine drink is
3 servings gatorade powder mixed with water and 1 tsp of creatine (180 cals, 0 fat, 45carb, 0 protein) and then my protein shake following is
2 cups fat free milk with 1 scoop protein powder (280 cals, 2fat, 28 carbs, 36 protein)

or instead of gatorade powder i will use grape juice (170 cals, 0 fat, 40 carb, 0 protein)

This gives me a total postworkout "shake" of
460 cals
2 fat
73 carb
36 protein

also i usually drink the creatine drink pretty quickly then ill drink about half the shake (milk and protein) and then slowly drink the rest of it to keep from consuming too much "volume" at one time.

does this seem pretty good or is it too much, too little?
im 5'9 160 and im trying to bulk right now.

Sounds like a solid plan that should work, sublime.
