is Prolab Nutrition N-Large II a gpod choice?

I'm on an extreme budget here, everyone let me know.

I have it and only use it as a post-workout shake. If I understand correctly, that's the only time that it makes sense to consume a significant amount of high GI carbs. Frankly, as soon as I'm done with it, I plan on switching to some better home-made shake. Cursor's looks pretty tempting, and YellowJ posted one that looked pretty good too.

I only use Chocolate, so no idea how the wild berry tastes.

The Prolab N-Large 2 doesnt break down as quickly or easily as, say, Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey. It takes a good effort to break it down through shaking (in water or milk), though you may be luckier than I am and have a blender.

I only have chocolate. After a few seconds in the blender, between the powder and the air bubbles that get worked in, it's pretty thick, even using water.

It tastes good. Remember, because it is sold as a mass gainer, it's going to have more sugar and other simple carbs than your standard protein drink. Therefor, they have more freedom to make it sweeter and give it better taste.

I wouldn't use a spoon. I tried that once. It was an unpleasant experience...very, very clumpy.
