Question

Is this any good? Can you vouch for it?

I've begun to lift weights to bulk up, and i came across this
http://www.fitnessmarket.com.au/shop...roductid=16285
in the supermarket in the health section. While normally I wouldn't buy supplements from the supermarket, it is Musashi, and I was wondering if anyone here could vouch for its quality and effectiveness ?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Any decent whey protein will include those BCAAs in portions adequate for recovery. ON jumps to mind as they actually list their amino profile on the side of the jug. It seems a waste to buy more.

I agree. I would only suggest someone taking additional BCAA's if they do not supplement with a powder protein. Yes, you get many of them in food but it wouldnt hurt to take in some more. If you take a protein shake like Mav said, then you dont need any more than what is offered in those.

thanks for that. by the way, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I've gone from lightish home weights to joining a gym, and was thinking about changing my protein shake, and a new GNC store has opened in my area, an I was thinking of going there to look for a new one In the past I can remember some kind of "or the coward's way out would be to get some of those magic potions from GNC". Is there any skepticness(sp?) to do with their products or not? I hope i haven't said anything I shouldn't have.

Call it what you want but protein shakes are convienient. GNC is usually pricey. Shop around you will find something cheaper that is just as good.

I am currently using Musashi Bulk protein shake, but now that I am doing a much larger (and hopefully more intense) variety of weights, do you think I should change to something else?

taking supplements are not for cowards... Supplements are just that, a supplementation to an already perfect diet... meaning youre adding more, because you probably cant and shouldnt eat 10,000 calories to get the same nutrients you would from just taking a supplement or two...

GNC sucks... Way over priced, and theyre GNC products are crap!
