It's not bad at all because it's
per 20g. It's actually
better (and more expensive) than what most of us use. I use GNC 100% Whey and per 29g it's only 20g protein which is less than what you've got. I think the most popular is
Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey which is 22g protein per 29g. So, yours is actually more protein, less fat, less carbs than the same size serving of GNC or Optimum Nutrition. I just looked it up and it was $25 for 1kg (2.2lbs). You can get 10lbs Optimum Nutrition's whey for $40. BUT -- It was bought for you so it was free

. I would stay with it if I had it.
To get it to mix better try either a.) blender b.) shaker. I actually use my son's sippy cups to shake it lol.
If GNC brand or Optimum Nutrition had the same ratio of protien - serving size there would be 23.2g protien. Yours IS better.
