Here's one. You're obviously happy with your results so that means it works for you. Period. Bodybuilding isn't brain surgery and it's not a popularity contest (well, maybe for some). If this 'stack' works for you then it's good. That's all there is to it. Now hit the gym and continue to grow!!

Sounds like the supplement industry has you wrapped around there finger just like they wish everyone else in the world was. Personally I would cut out most everything except for the protein powders and then if you feel like you want to add other items add them in one at a time. I am using only protein powders and they are just for conveinience and price really. I dont know anywhere else you can get a 25 cent serving of protein (im referreing to whey) I am going to start using tribulus very soon but I just wanted to see what it would do if anything.

Be carefull of all the hype out there. I think its really funny. EAS puts out a book called supplement review which i believe is really informative and usually backed with test. Anyway I had a old issue and pulled it out a month or two ago. I was reading through it and read an article on methoxyflavone(sp?) and they were bashing it pretty bad. Well I looked on there website and its funny that they have products now that contain this and they hype it up like its the best stuff in the world!! WHATEVER!!!

As far as creatine it is a proven product but what the industry fails to tell you is most of the size you experience is water weight and when you come off of it the size diminishes fairly quickly. That one is just a personal preference. I dont want to pay to have a water pump!! Personal preference.

Are you gaining a lot of fat with your new diet?

I would personally put the tribulus & methoxy aside and rather add a good supplementation of Vit C and omega 3's. The rest looks good...just try not to gain too much fat.

It's all about keeping the right balance

as far as the creatine. 70% of your body and 70% of your muscles are made of water so in my opinion i would keep the creatine. true you will lose water weight when coming off of it but as far as my body goes the water weight gains(which as i said muscle is 70% water) are far more than if i didnt take creatine at all. thats my own body though. everyones different.

That's really good. Hey, if you wanted to brag about it, then you are just about entitled to do so! It takes a lot of hard work, discipline and effort to maintain such a diet and to keep up with a strict program.

Keep it up...make a habit of it
