What's going on guys? I started training since September 1st, but, I haven't taken any supplement yet. I just order Isopure w/0 carb. and L-Glutamine. After my workout I run 30 mins. on treadmill or speed walk on it. My questions is
1.When am I suppose to take these supplement?
2.How many times a day or how many scoops a day should I take the protein?
3.When am I suppose to take L-Glutamine? before workout or after running on treadmill?

Take the 5 g of glutamine before and after your workout . (10g total)
Take the protein suppliment post workout, the only times you need to take the protein drink is when your having a hard time getting the nutrients from real food, but you should always take the whey drink postworkout.
Dude, knock the cardio on the head after the workout. Your body is already starting to fill with cortisol after a w/out, throwing some cardio on top could be counter productive.
As for supps, use food when you can. I go for a high protein sandwich an hour b/fore my routine then promax within 15min of finishing, 1/2hr later 5g Glutamine & the same an hour later.
