I've been lifting for 3 months. should i take creatine?
i wanta get big. ive been lifting for 3 months. have gotten some results, not great results. i'm a little bigger 5'10", 155. i'm gained some muscle, but i'm not cut or even close to being ripped or anything. should i take creatine now, or wait till i get bigger? my uncle was a big weightlifter (he could bench 415) and he said i should wait tilli build a solid foundation to start taking creatine. what should i do?

wait a year or so, see how well u develop without it. if you feel at the end of this year you are ready for a boost, try it and see if it helps you at all

I've been lifting for just over five years now and have used creatine and other supplements religiously. If you're just starting out I recommend that you hold off on the creatine. It's not worth it. You're going to make wicked gains in your first year without taking anything! After that you'll find that it becomes more and more increasingly difficult to make any significant gains. That's where the supplements come into play.
Remember - You don't want to get huge too quick either. I've got some nasty strechmarks on my legs and chest from overdoing it.
Of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
