I've lost 10 pounds in 2 days off Stacker 2!!

I started taking Stacker 2 on Wednesday. And I wieghed myself this morning when I woke up, and I lost 10 pounds. I don't know if it is actually from the Stacker 2 but I eat healthy meals, take my stacker 2, then i just drink a lot of water between meals. Its wonderful!!!! I think it is taking my cravings away. I love it. My goal of 40 pounds of lose might happen!!!

Nate is more than likely right. There is almost no way to lose Fat or LBM that fast even if you were to fast.

I know many Muslims who fast, many of them hardly lose weight over their period of fasting. It's odd. But I think its due to them eating at night before bedtime. Just thought i'd add that.

Yeah it probably was all water wieght, but hell, I feel a ton better. I notice tho that i don't have cravings between meals. Part of it might be mental, but i think its working.
