Just bought some Prolab Lean Mass Matrix

Thought I would give this a try...I was sold when I saw that the carbos are all complex. : Has anyone tried this and liked it? I thought it was pretty reasonably priced -- 20 packets was $32 including shipping.

OH and just FYI, I think Prolab is changing the name to 'Lean Mass Complex'. I saw this on their website but the distributors are still selling it under "Matrix."

Just for the record in case anyone wants to know, I bought the chocolate and had some today and it was pretty good. The packets are huge! 390 calories -- no way I could chug that in one sitting. I'm gonna split it in half for a while and see how that goes.

I have used this product with good results. You must remember its a combo MRP/Weight Gainer so the calories are going to be high. The chocolate taste pretty good even when mixed with water.

Eeek! I don't wanna gain weight. I'm trying to lose fat -- about 10 lbs. I spent hours reasearching MRPs til my face was blue and I don't remember reading that LMM was a weight gainer.

Not to worry, if you use it as a true MRP (taking a solid food meal out ans using this instead) the 400 calories most likely are fewer than a solid meal.
