Just bought supplements

I have bought some supplements just wondering if anyone knew if they were worth taking, I have taken creatine and protoplex deluxe before so i have been taking them but I also bought a big tub of whey protein, a tub of "energy" which is some carbloader for before a workout and also things called fat metabolisers? just wondering if these were worth taking? and when to take them exactly?? Current diet is.. :

1 : 2eggs, toast, weetabix
2 : Chicken sandwich
3. Chicken and brown rice
4. protoplex shake
5 steak and veggies..

Anywhere in here i can implement these supps?

What time do you eat those meals? Where does your workout fit into this too, and at what time is it?

replace protoplex with micellean...its delicious, and high fiber...fat metabolisers are a joke, use xenadrine...as for the "energy", take half the serving before workout, and a whole serving after with your creatine, unless your creatine has simple carbs on its own
