I have bought some supplements just wondering if anyone knew if they were worth taking, I have taken creatine and protoplex deluxe before so i have been taking them but I also bought a big tub of
whey protein, a tub of "energy" which is some carbloader for before a workout and also things called fat metabolisers? just wondering if these were worth taking? and when to take them exactly?? Current diet is.. :
1 : 2eggs, toast, weetabix
2 :
Chicken sandwich
3. Chicken and brown rice
4. protoplex shake
5 steak and veggies..
Anywhere in here i can implement these supps?
