just got twinlab creatine pills
the container says to take 6 pills with is 5 grams a day.. per serving 5000mg of creatine; 2000mg of l glutamine; and 200mg of taurine:do u guys think that this is enough or should i load with 10 grams the first week and if so, should i take 6 pill after workout and 6 after... should i use creatine on the days i'm not working out and if so at what dose.. i hear the power is the best does anyone have good experiense with taking the pills.. thank
