you don't need any of that stuff.

you need a good eating plan and you need to hit the weights. try it for a couple months and watch the progress....

search these boards for a program you like.

I am in complete agreement with Underdog.

You need to build your foundation, anything else is supplemental.

Set a caloric and macronutrient setpoint and hit that total day in and day out and you WILL see results.

Your body makes creatine, I wasnt a responder to it and i dont see the need for it. Protein shakes here and there help, but whole food is much much better.

Coffee, Vit C, and vit E are your go to guys in my opinion.

thanks alot for ur guys input but do u thin my work out rutine is a good one its 45 minute weightlifting one supersetting 12 reps 2 times. Icant get to the gym here cause i live in this po-dunk town and it closes at 6 and i usualy dont get off work untill 6 so thats why i work out at home ever night with a bench and some free weights and sum dumbbells. Well im on a less then 2000 collorie diet. Iguess ill just have to eat more protien bars or something instead of little sacks mabey that will help
And should i take some green tea extract pills. Cause i herd those help but i dont care for the actual tea itself.
thanks

I was exactly like you 1 year ago. It piles on real quick in college, and it takes a lot longer to loose it. Give it time, it has taken me close to 1 year to loose 2 inches around my waist I am just now beginning to see my six pack again. Oddly I did not see much difference untill six months into it. What I did was I stopped completely anything sweet, cake, cookies, doughnuts. Also stopped beer, and cut down on pasta and breads. I took no supplements. And Stregnth trained 4 days a week. I just now recently have started Whey protein to enhance my muscle growth.
