Just Started

Just started a new supplement program with all the help from this message board. I am taking glutamine and creatine before and after workouts. Also I take 1/2 a met-rx shake about a 1/2 hour before and 1/2 hour after each workout. Them before I go to bed a take ZMA and Tribulis 500 by Biotest.
Do any of these not go well together. I started out 2 weeks ago at 6 foot 1 and 140 lbs (way too skinny). I am already up to almost 150 and I didn't even load on creatine. Hopefully this will continue. Slowly but surely the weight will come back, I hope.

Any suggestions to help me with my weight gain would be appreciatted.

Yeah...eat more.

Kidding aside, you do need to consume more calories than you burn. If it is too much more, then you'll just gain fat. So it has to be just a little more that the excess calories (hopefully good proteins) will be used to build muscle.

Since you're starting out, you will see significant gains the first year. I think in my first year, I gained about 20lbs of muscle, but I worked my ass off and ate my ass off.
